About Sheridan House Family Ministries

Sheridan House Family Ministires (SHFM) is a organization dedicated to serving the needs of children and families so that they may reach their full, God given, potential; opportunities that might otherwise not be available due to impeding circumstances in the home.

The Project

SHFM holds multiple events for single parents throughout the year, which led to the need to manage event registration, single parent profiles and church partnership profiles. So I was tasked with designing a web application that provide the staff at SHFM to perform the following tasks:

• Create and manage a single parent profile containing basic contact information, including information about their children.
• Provide parents with the ability to create a profile and confirm their email.
• Create events and provide the ability to select parents to be invited to attend.
• Provide churches the ability to create a profile with multiple users.
• Provide churches the ability to create parent profiles.
• Provide administrators the ability to lock profiles/users from the web app.
• Provide administrators the ability to review error logs and login stats.
